Our breeding
philosophy centers on producing excellent hunting dogs. We strive to produce
dogs with exceptional athletic ability, superior nose, sound structure, and an
intense desire for birds. They have outgoing people friendly dispositions and
the classic fun loving trustworthy Golden Retriever Temperament. They are a
Ringneck Pheasants worst nightmare in the field and the Pheasant Hunters best
friend around the fireplace.
Our pups are well
suited to homes interested in Hunting, Hunting Tests and Field Trials. While we
don’t try to produce dogs specifically for competitive agility, these dogs have
the physical tools and desire to burn up the agility course.
PUPPY
RESERVATION INFORMATION
We
on rare occasion have quality puppies available to approved homes. (Hunt Test
or Hunting Homes will be given preference) For specific reservation information

We
require a $200 deposit and a signed copy of the purchase agreement to hold a
puppy for you.

AGREEMENT AND WARRANTEE
HEALTH
AND REGISTRATION
We
do take great care in the selection and breeding of our dogs. For this reason all
puppies are initially sold under limited registration.
If
after the dog receives its health clearances (OFA, CERF, SAS), AND earns some
type of Title, AKC (FC, AFC, ***, MH, SH, JH, CH,), or GRCA Title (WC, WCX, TD,
TDX, CD, CDX,), or Equivalent Titles from HRC, UKC; we will grant Full
Registration of the dog to the owner. The Owner would be responsible for the
cost of re-filing the AKC Registration paperwork.
This
policy was adopted to limit the use of our dogs for breeding purposes to
Knowledgeable Golden Owners who have spent the time and effort to work with
their dogs. Through the hard work of training and competition you will have
learned a good basic understanding of what a Golden Retriever should be, and
why health clearances and careful selection of breeding stock are vitally
important to maintaining and improving the quality of the Golden Retriever.
